It is very liberating.....I have been a sewer since I was 12 and I am kinda older now with a lot of years of in between. We all start somewhere and we may not like what we first make but that is okay. The problem these days is that with blogs we almost feel obligated to show everything we make, whether successful or not. I decided early in the game that not everyone would see all that I do and that I would not get overwhelmed by what other people accomplished as they posted all their successful projects online. I also decided that those fabrics I have been saving for the “perfect” project needed to be used. Now. No more hoarding. If I think it is right for what I am making at the time, I use it. So far I haven’t regretted it. <br /><br />It has been delightful getting to know you via your blog and I look forward to following along!
