After our rainy day in Washington we stumbled upon this little Vietnamese restaurant not far from our hotel - the
Lotus Cafe. The food was great! Watch out Norm (from Nutana Cafe in Saskatoon). If this restaurant was here, you would be losing business! It really was a step up from our usual and almost as charming! Hannah ordered a martini and the waiter said they couldn't make one because their bartender had quit that day. So Kevin showed him how to make a martini. We had quite a laugh over the GIANT martini that was presented to Hannah! The glass was filled quite literally to the brim!
