Game Day. Good Day.

Gotta like that score! Not only was it an exciting win, it was also a thrilling game! There were times during the game when Robert Morris had the lead but, in the end, the Bellarmine Knights owned it. It was great to see all those happy, smiling boys after the game at the lunch.

Luke had his best game yet this season pointwise with 1 goal and two assists. He also had a couple of other good shots on goal. We were so glad to be here to see him play and play well. He made up some missing points from the last two games and so he's now averaging 1 point per game again. That's our 1-Point-Luke! Though I know he would love to elevate that.

There was a tailgate party before the game where we got to know some more of the parents. We had quite a few of us in the cheering section for the game. The weather was awesome, too! Rain and cool weather was forecast but the rain held off until after the game and it was warm enough that I had to take my sweatshirt off during the game. Perfect!

Luke had to finish an assignment for school that's due at 5:00 today ... on a Sunday ... so that's what he's up to after that game. And us? Some wonderful down time at our lovely little b&b before meeting up with some others at a Mexican Restaurant where they serve super margaritas! Or so we're told. I'll let you know if it's true.
