Hi Heather, Alexa and I were so glad to finally do something to help.We got Hannah from the airport and brought her home. We are all hoping they can get you sorted out so you can get home too. Chuck
Breast Cancer (booooo) is the opponent. I'm going to win. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2009. I had a sentinel node lumpectomy later that month and on June 10, 2009, I started Chemotherapy. After this little adventure, I'll have more surgery and then radiation. Then ... well, then ... I'll continue beating the crap out of cancer if there's any left to be beat (yeaaahhhhh)!
Consider this blog this game's colour commentary starting 6 days before the kick-off of my first chemo treatment. We've made it through the first period ahead of the game and we're now in the second.
You are all on my team (because there's no "I" in "TEAM") and this blog is for you to to follow the game plan and the progress. Sometimes you might need to take over as captain because I know I won't get through this without my team of family and friends. So ... We're here. Might as well WIN!!
